To withdraw your child please complete and submit the\u00a0Withdrawal Form.<\/a><\/p>

To change your child’s in zone home address please complete the Transfer Student\/Change of Address Form\u00a0(available in the right side bar under Residency)\u00a0and provide 3 acceptable proofs of residence for your child. Please note that if your child requires a new bus due to this change, they will not be allowed to ride a different bus until we receive all necessary documentation and the transportation department issues the new bus assignment.<\/p>

If your child is absent from school please submit a Digital Absentee Note<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0to the front office within forty-eight (48) hours of their return to school stating the cause of the absence. Or the\u00a0Printable Absentee Form<\/a> can be sent in with your child within the same time frame. Also, please send your child’s teacher an email as well, so they are aware of your child’s absence and\/or appointment.<\/strong><\/span>
